Compass Welcomes Christy J. Murphy and Mia-Bianca Ayers

Medfield, MA, January 2016 ... Compass Project Management, Inc. is expanding its Team for 2016 welcoming Christy J. Murphy, Senior Project Manager and Mia-Bianca Ayers, Assistant Project Manager.

Christy has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive Healthcare and Institutional project portfolio as well as experience managing large, complex multi-use development projects. She will be responsible for helping to grow Compass’ healthcare project portfolio as well as work on their current projects. Christy is a LEED Accredited Professional and is the Clerk for the Plymouth Building Committee.

Mia has over six years of experience in architecture being a member of and leading construction teams on educational facilities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She will work on a variety of Compass projects including the new renovation at Boston University Myles Standish Residence Hall. Mia is a licensed architect and is LEED AP BD+C and NCARB Certified.
