Laureen has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. She has worked on projects in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island including K-12 and higher education schools, student housing, residential and mixed-use residential projects as well as corporate/commercial tenant fit-ups, interior renovations and additions/expansions. Laureen’s experience expands into the medical area having worked on a new medical imaging center, the renovation of an award-winning hospice center and the design of a skilled nursing facility.

As an Assistant Project Manager at Compass, Laureen focuses on major public safety facilities and K-12 educational projects. She values success and always fosters a team environment. Laureen’s vast experience provides her with the knowledge to be a profound team leader, extremely resourceful and dependable, always providing clear direction while keeping to the goal. She is an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent technical and communication skills. Laureen has a pleasant demeanor and will always put in the extra effort to make sure her team and clients achieve a positive outcome.

Laureen holds a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University and is MCPPO Certified. She is the Founding President of a nonprofit organization providing peer support for working mothers. In her spare time, Laureen enjoys volunteering, cooking, reading, travelling and spending quality time with her two active boys.
