Description:  Complete renovation of the existing Myles Standish Hall and Myles Annex dormitories. Myles Standish is a 9 story building plus a basement constructed in 1925, the Myles Annex is a four story building plus a basement built in 1920. Myles Standish and the Annex combined total 204,000 square feet. The project includes new suite layouts, new elevators, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems. The exterior façade will also include approximately 80% replacement of brick and cast stone, all new windows and roof.

The project will be completed in three phases. The phased construction will allow BU to partially occupy the building with approximately 375 students.  

Phase 1 May 2016 – August 2017
Phase 2 May 2017 – August 2018
Phase 3 May 2018 – August 2018
