Mike Berlin has ten years of experience in construction management working as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent on multiple projects. His previous projects include construction of a new, highly technological government project, the demolition and renovation of $2 million building fit-out project and several other renovation projects. As a Project Manager at Compass, Mike manages multiple projects including the development and construction of two brand new elementary schools. He is a thorough and controlled communicator who is able to handle multiple tasks successfully and maintain a cooperative team environment. Mike is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. He earned is MCPPO certification in 2016.
Mike is a former Mentor for Wentworth’s Technology Construction Management Program and for ACE, the Architecture, Construction & Engineering Program. He has been involved in a Regional Safety Leadership Team and Young Professional Leadership Team. In 2015, Mike was chosen as the IFE (Injury Free Environment) Champion of the Year.
